Senior Real Estate Analyst/Appraiser. The position in Denver, CO requires that you play a key role in the completion of both simple and complex appraisal and consulting assignments with minimal oversight. Advanced experience with at least one of the major property types (multi-tenant office, retail, industrial and multi-family) is required. Strong Discounted Cash Flow modeling experience using Argus is required for this position. Designated MAI's or candidates on track to complete the requirements for the MAI designation will be considered.
