Attached is full information about each of the three courses required to become a licensed appraiser, not only in Colorado, but nation-wide. This curriculum fulfills the Appraiser Qualification Board's (AQB) parameters for licensure. You must take all three courses to become licensed; however, you may take only one course at this time then complete the other courses at another time.
